His journey began in childhood, watching his parents transform homes and businesses with beautiful window treatments. Those early days spent in the showroom, helping with simple tasks and absorbing the family's commitment to quality, laid the foundation for his deep understanding of the business.
Matthew's path wasn't entirely linear. His years as a high school teacher enriched his approach to customer service, teaching him to listen carefully, explain complex concepts clearly, and tailor solutions to individual needs. These skills, combined with decades of hands-on experience, make him uniquely qualified to guide clients through every aspect of their window treatment projects.
